Wouldn't it be great if every site were so personal, or truly had "customer service"!

Some fun facts about LongDage.com and the Dragon Exchange
How our Feedback System Differs from other systems (ie craigslist)
We feel the Dragon Information Network feedback system is not only more fair than other systems, but also brings the human element into the picture. Before implementing our feedback system, we reviewed other sites, such as craigslist, and found the following flaws in it:
We value our members time and energy to post correct listings, and we have put into place a system that treats our members as people, not as reviewers for our site. We have found that people who have switched from a site such as craigslist to our site, they are so relieved that they can finally post legitimate listings, without the fear that others (their competitors or just random flaggers) will flag their listing enough to have it removed. We call this syndrome "Flag Fatigue", and hope that our site offers relief for those suffering from Flag Fatigue.
Our motto is "We work harder - so you don't have to!" and this is one area where we have won praise from our members and really shine!
What personal data to you collect and what do you use it for?
To create an account with the Dragon Information Network, we collect as little information as possible. This is for your own protection. The only piece of information required to create an account is your email address. We use this for communication with you from our site. We recommend that you do not per personal information, such as phone number or your email address in your listings. This will help protect you from spam emails from other people, and spam text messages sent to your cell phone.
We also recommend never to give out your phone number to anyone or any other website or company. You never know what they may do with this information now or in the future.
What happens if my listing gets flagged?
While we hope that most people will post appropriate listings, there are cases where some people will post things that are not appropriate or by mistake. What happens in these cases?
In call cases, you will get a personalize message from our staff about your listing. We strive to keep the site personal, and do not allow listings to be flagged at random or removed without reason or without letting you know.
Other sites, to save cost, simply allow anyone to flag and cause your listing to be removed. This has even resulted in companies hiring other people to flag competitor listings!
Monkey Text is the phrase we use for those text boxes that most websites use to avoid spam or abuse. But in most cases, these do little to avoid spam or abuse of those sites, and simply give the impress that those sites are cutting down on abuse or spam, when in fact it is usually on the rise, making those sites less useful.
At The Dragon Information Network, we have taken a different approach. We feel we should serve our customers and members, and as such, we have a team of customer services representatives serving you, the members and users of our site. So you will not see Monkey Text boxes, checking to see if you can type in what you see. If your listing follows our terms, you can simply post and be done. If your listing does not follow our simple guidelines, our team will review it and let you know.
What could be simpler than that?
We have brought back the "User Friendly" back to the web, and our Customer Service servers our members and customers.
Other sites, such as craigslist, not only require the entry of monkey text, but the text you are entering is actually to help another company (http://recaptcha.net/) with their scanning of books and text project! We fell that not only is this a distraction for the end user, but in effect you are performing the work that another company is too lazy or does not want to perform! Since the text you are required to enter in is unknown, at times, offensive words are found that are not suited for younger children.
Can I bulk upload listings directly to LongDaGe.com?
We now offer a bulk upload facility, to allow jobs and other types of listings to be uploaded in bulk. Contact us for details of our bulk upload file format, and procedures.
Flagging - What is it? What is it not?
We often are asked, what is flagging. Other sites have a flagging system, and we believe our flagging system is substantially better and more effective than their flagging systems.
